Senior Tech Recruiter

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Tech Recruiter. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for assigned business lines, partnering with hiring leaders to define role requirements and selection criteria. You will design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, build and maintain talent pipelines, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and track and interpret recruiting analytics. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, thrive in ambiguous situations, and have strong stakeholder management skills.

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business lines, including sourcing, assessment, and closing.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and selection criteria.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent.

Profile description:

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments; proven success engaging passive candidates and filling niche/senior roles.
• Thrive in ambiguous situations; resilient in the face of change; and easily adapt to new situations.
• Client oriented with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable setting expectations and driving alignment.
• Comfortable representing the company at job fairs and external recruitment events when needed.
• Open and able to leverage AI-based tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
