Senior Customer Solutions Consultant/ Manager

Join Deloitte Luxembourg, one of the largest professional services firms in the Grand Duchy. As a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant/Manager, you will lead complex transformation initiatives, bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, and work closely with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, work with diverse clients, and shape and implement innovative solutions leveraging AI and modern technology platforms.

• Lead transformation projects end-to-end, from assessing client needs and defining the target operating model to solution design, implementation, deployment and post-launch support.
• Manage and develop project teams, providing direction, coordinating multidisciplinary contributors and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Drive project delivery and governance, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, progress monitoring and executive reporting.

Profile description:

**Your Skills**

• Master’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery or project management.
• Proven experience leading project teams and delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled customer solutions, with exposure to AI, SaaS platforms, CRM and Sales/Service platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional and technical solutions, and to oversee implementation.
• Demonstrated experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Tech‑savvy and curious
• A collaborative leadership style
• Fluency in English and French.
