We are searching for a tax analyst (m, f, d) as International Tax Specialist Private Equity Crossborder Your Tasks: As a Tax Specialist in Private Equity, responsible for international tax matters (EU & U.S.) related to private equity fund investments / Coordinating and reviewing annual tax returns for various countries and organizing tax reporting for investors / Supporting the accounting team with tax provisions / Ensuring compliance with CRS and FATCA, including annual filings and form reviews / Providing tax support to the front-office teams for tax due diligence and structuring in connection with product development, transactions, and fund investments / Monitoring and analyzing legislative changes for their relevance to the company / Optimizing tax control processes and collaborating on departmental updates. Your Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law or economics, followed by specialization in “International Tax” / Additional training in tax law (e.g., LL.M. in Tax Law) is a plus / 3–5 years of professional experience at a Big Four firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG) or a renowned tax consulting firm with a focus on the fund industry (e.g., UCITS, AIF funds) / In-depth knowledge of EU and U.S. tax law, CRS/FATCA compliance, and experience with the Luxembourg tax jurisdiction / Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work, strong teamwork and communication skills, and excellent IT/Excel skills / Fluency in English.
