About The Role
- 资源统筹与工艺管理：统筹安排CMP工序的人力与物力资源，推进CMP工艺的研发与优化监管，保障工艺稳定性与一致性，满足高精度制造需求；
- 技术攻关与资源协调：调度厂商资源，为关键项目设定合理目标及超前目标，对遇阻项目提供技术建议，推动瓶颈突破；
- 数据驱动良率提升：通过数据分析监控CMP工艺参数，识别并消除异常，持续降低缺陷率，提升产品良率与质量；
- 团队建设与人才培养：为新员工制定成长计划，通过技术辅导与工作安排，提升团队整体技术水平，增强凝聚力与执行力。
- 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历（高行业年资可放宽要求），理工科背景，如化学、化工、材料、物理、微电子等相关专业；
- 行业与专业经验：具备8年以上12寸半导体制程经验，熟悉CMP工艺及质量控制方法；
- 项目/任务成果：主导过至少2个CMP工艺优化或良率提升项目，能通过数据驱动完成闭环改善；
- 其他要求：具有团队组建与管理工作经验，能设计并执行团队辅导计划，擅长使用多种方法解决复杂现场问题。
