Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end lateral and volume recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate joining. Understand manpower requirements from Plant Heads, Functional Heads and Hiring Managers and prepare recruitment plans. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, recruitment drives, walk-ins and other channels . Screen profiles, conduct preliminary HR discussions and coordinate technical/functional interviews. Schedule interviews and ensure timely completion of interview assessments and selection approvals . Manage salary negotiations, offer roll-out, pre-joining engagement and joining formalities. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions across manufacturing functions. Handle recruitment for Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, R&D, PPIC, Supply Chain and support functions .
