What You'll Be Doing Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during service Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and create memorable moments Support, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training and guidance Maintain the highest standards of food safety, service quality, and presentation Assist with roster planning, inventory control, and operational efficiency Handle guest feedback professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification Leadership and Train-the-Trainer certifications are an advantage Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or upscale dining environment Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards Experience training and leading multicultural teams Excellent organizational and communication skills Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Why Join JA Hatta Fort Hotel?
