Partner agency | Sales Agent (IT) – Peru

Join Evaneos, a leading platform for tailor-made travel experiences. As a Sales Agent, you will guide Italian travelers in planning their trips to Peru and Bolivia. Your responsibilities will include sales and customer support, promoting responsible tourism, and handling administrative and financial tasks. The position is based in Cusco or Arequipa, Peru, and offers a long-term local contract with a competitive salary and benefits.

• Establecer contacto con los viajeros a través de la plataforma Evaneos, comprender sus expectativas y necesidades específicas, y proporcionar orientación sobre destinos.
• Diseñar itinerarios personalizados y enviar propuestas a medida dentro de un plazo de tres días, y hacer seguimiento hasta que el viajero tome una decisión.
• Promover prácticas de viaje sostenibles en cada propuesta, ayudando a los viajeros a tomar decisiones conscientes.

**✅ Core skills & experience**

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, ideally in travel and tailor-made trips

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, selling quality and value rather than discounts

• Strict respect for processes, with rigorous organization and attention to detail

• Comfort with digital tools such as CRM and Google Workspace

• Autonomy, adaptability and a strong customer-satisfaction orientation

• Creativity and team spirit in a small, committed team

**💥 Bonus skills**

• Confidence on phone and video calls with travelers

• Knowledge of Peru and Bolivia, although full destination training is provided

• English, as an additional language

**🌐 Languages required**

• Italian – Native or C1 (working language with travelers: calls, emails and proposals)

• Spanish – B1 minimum, needed to coordinate daily with the management and operations team; support to improve is offered

**🚫 Non-negotiables**

• **Native or C1 Italian speaker with proven sales results, ideally in travel and tailor-made trips to Latin America.**

• **Willing to relocate to Peru (Arequipa or Cusco).**

• **Exclusive dedication: no parallel sales activity for other agencies or personal clients.**

• **Strict respect for processes: all traveler communication recorded in the Evaneos Request Manager (no private WhatsApp) and agreed response times respected.**
