• Conduct comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Drive high-quality output by ensuring all personal case submissions meet compliance standards and are processed Right First Time, minimizing rework and delays.
• Manage a personal queue of complex onboarding cases, prioritizing tasks, driving workflow completion through proactive follow-up with clients and internal sales representatives.
