Senior Customer Success Manager

Join our team as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where you will be responsible for uncovering and understanding customer goals, aligning on business objectives, and implementing account plans to grow and secure your portfolio. You will wear multiple hats daily, prioritizing customer retention and expansion to ensure mutual success. Your day-to-day tasks will include running customer meetings, handling renewals and upsells, and general account management duties. You will be measured on renewals, expansion, adoption, and account planning.

• Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to customers
• 5+ years of Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with <Salesforce.com>, CSP (Customer Success Platform), GSuite (or similar softwares)
• Proven expertise in driving account expansion in large accounts
• Great communication skills across multiple mediums (video conference, phone, email)
• Experience in customer success planning
• The ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Experience in building multi-threaded relationships in assigned customer accounts
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Experience with eQMS systems
• Experience in quality, healthcare or life sciences industries
