Assistant Manager - Operations - Freight Forwarding

The Assistant Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end ocean import operations, ensuring timely shipment execution from pre-arrival and documentation through customs clearance, cargo release, delivery, and closure. The role will coordinate with key stakeholders, monitor operational performance and shipment milestones, resolve escalated issues, ensure compliance with customer SOPs and internal processes and drive service efficiency and timely shipment delivery.
