Food Service Supervisor

This position is working inside a jail/correctional facility at the Steuben County Jail. The Food Service Supervisor oversees inmate labor and team members assisting with the food service operation in a correctional facility. You will also prepare and serve a variety of food items following assigned work instructions and menus and use a variety of food preparation utensils and machines in preparing food.
