About The Role

  1. 负责KD出口包装CAE仿真方案策划，针对散件包装开展跌落、随机振动、堆码抗压、冲击仿真，提前预判产品、缓冲材料、铁包装的损伤风险。 2. 完成缓冲材料本构模型标定，结合材料力学试验获取材料参数，建立包装-产品一体化有限元模型，完成模型校验与对标实物试验。 3. 基于实测运输路谱（PSD）开展振动疲劳仿真，评估运输过程中产品与缓冲件应力、应变、变形，输出仿真报告与结构优化建议。 4. 开展仿真与实物包装测试对标，修正仿真模型，持续提升仿真精度，减少实物试验数量，实现包装方案前置验证、降本优化。 5. 沉淀仿真案例库、材料参数库，编制仿真SOP与建模规范，对接包装测试、结构设计团队，支撑海外KD项目包装方案评审。 6. 识别仿真风险，输出包装结构、缓冲材料选型优化方案，解决集装箱海运/铁路/公路运输包装破损问题。
