International Consultant, Community-Based Planning, Durable Solutions and RRR Integration

Nature of the consultancy: The consultant will provide technical advisory, coordination, and facilitation support to develop and institutionalize an integrated Community-Based Planning (CBP), Durable Solutions (DS), and Rehabilitation, Reconciliation and Reintegration (RRR) framework for IOM Iraq. The assignment will focus on harmonizing targeting criteria, territorial planning approaches, tools, and guidance; facilitating technical consultations; piloting integrated methodologies; and supporting capacity-building to strengthen evidence-based and sustainable solutions programming.The consultancy is advisory and deliverable-based in nature. The consultant will not perform managerial, supervisory, or official representational functions on behalf of IOM and will have no authority to make decisions binding the Organization.
