International Consultant – Development of the Iraq National Migration Profile

The consultant will provide technical expertise to support the Government of Iraq in developing a comprehensive, government-owned National Migration Profile. The consultancy will involve conducting migration research, mapping migration data systems and stakeholders, analysing migration trends and governance arrangements, facilitating stakeholder consultations, strengthening institutional capacities, and producing a National Migration Profile that supports evidence-based migration policymaking, planning, and programme development. The consultant will not have supervisory or managerial responsibility over IOM staff or other personnel and will not exercise any approving, decision-making or administrative authority on behalf of IOM.
