Sr Director Architecture and AI Enablement

Lead technology strategy, architecture direction, AI SDLC transformation, and cloud migration for Engagement Technology. Within the first six months, this leader is expected to publish an endorsed target-state architecture with a sequenced roadmap; stand up an AI SDLC operating model live across delivery pods with adoption metrics baselined; accelerate the cloud migration plan with first waves migrated; establish architecture governance as a routine part of delivery; and be recognized as a technical authority internally and across the enterprise.
