Production Scheduling Coordinator - Level II

The Production Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demand while balancing manufacturing capacity, material availability, and operational efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams across Operations, Materials, Logistics, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to ensure uninterrupted production, improve schedule attainment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent utilizes planning systems, production data, and analytics to identify risks, improve processes, optimize inventory flow, and support business performance through effective production planning, KPI management, and Lean manufacturing practices.
