About The Role

The Workflow Analyst will analyze and improve IT document business processes to make workflows efficient, accurate and cost effective. This role involves identifying bottlenecks in IT processes, especially cross functional tasks, gathering IT requirements, analyzing workflow data and working with functional and cross functional teams to implement process improvements. The Workflow Analyst will report to the Organization Enterprise Personnel.
