Senior HR Technology Analyst ( Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Reporting, BIP Reports, OTBI)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM. The role will be responsible for delivering operational, compliance, workforce, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, and executive reporting using Oracle Fusion reporting tools including BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI(Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence). The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and have experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
