Senior Claims Advocate

As a Senior Claims Advisor, you will provide technical advice to New Zealand clients throughout the claims process, including settlement negotiations. You will handle a range of Financial Lines claims including Professional Indemnity, D&O, EPL and Regulatory matters but have the ability to manage complex general liability claims. You will manage complex claims, offer pragmatic advice on validity and strategy, advocate for clients, guide Claims Specialists and Brokers, liaise with global counterparts, manage international claims, share knowledge, support best practices, aid product development, and contribute to thought leadership.
