This role is ideal for a proven closer who is comfortable running discovery with founders and hiring managers, scoping roles, and taking deals from first call to signed contract. Experience selling agency, staffing, or professional services is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesRun discovery calls with founders, executives, and hiring managersScope hiring needs and prepare proposals and contractsClose new business and collect deposits to kick off searchesRe-engage past clients and expand existing accountsMaintain accurate pipeline and deal records in the CRMHand off closed deals cleanly to the recruiting teamRequired Qualifications2+ years in a closing role (Account Executive or similar)A proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targetsExperience selling to US-based companies, founders or executivesStrong discovery, negotiation and follow-up skillsPrior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be consideredReliable internet connection and a professional remote work setupPreferred QualificationsExperience in agency, staffing, or recruiting salesExperience managing a full sales cycle with SMB and startup clientsFamiliarity with contract and MSA negotiationsTools & TechnologyCRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)LinkedIn Sales NavigatorGoogle Workspace or Microsoft 365Slack, Zoom, and task management toolsPlease NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
