About The Role

HR Payroll: Execute payroll and tax operations, administering insurance and statutory deductions in accordance with company policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.2. HR Systems Management (Workday): Maintain HR system data and manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding and offboarding), generate HR reports, and support HR systems and AI-related initiatives.3. Compensation & Benefits: Execute compensation and benefits operations and support the annual compensation cycle, including salary review processes, ensuring data accuracy and program implementation.4. Employee Services, Wellbeing & Recognition: Act as the first-line HR service contact to provide employee support and enquiries, and coordinate employee wellbeing and recognition initiatives.5. HR Compliance and Policy Execution: Support HR compliance processes and internal policy updates in response to regulatory changes, ensuring effective and sustained implementation.
