Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Sustainability (SCoE) ProductsProvides systems support for engineering systems in applications or reliability labs. Supports engineering owners by working on assigned projects in conjunction with vendors, or suppliers.Acts as intermediary between customer and factory by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging equipment. Provides Beta Site Support; mainly for qualifying the new applied installation, secondly for providing the technical training to our outsourcing engineers on installation and operationPresents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as Uptime, MTBF, MTBI, Availability, equipment, and process parameters. Supports GPS in the generation of documentation such as CENs and BKMs. Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans. Presents at the engineering level.QualificationAbove 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industryPreferred to have 2 years equipment experience in Applied Materials, any tool experience is acceptableAble to suppot domestic travel frequently (25-30%), and 10% global supportFlexible on work location in TaiwanJob will support multiple customers with a focus on Taiwan Accounts.Additional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Relocation Eligible:NoApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
