This position is hybrid, in Budapest.What You Will DoEnsure a timely and accurate processing of all supplier invoices, credit memos or other authorized requests for payment related to PO, non-PO and / or freight charges including exceptional managementHandle urgent inquiries from the colleagues that are related to invoice postingRespect compliance procedures that relates to the RTP processes and provide assistance in audit / managerial requestsProvide assistance in finance areas as required and participating in the month-end closing activities, including preparation for accrual filesProvide assistance in investigation and resolution of discrepancies within the accounting and payment processesProactively start and support continuous improvement activitiesPerform requested corrections and complete requests from other teams/departments/colleaguesHandle incoming supplier callsReceive other incoming queries (calls and emails) from internal and external end users Take ownership of finding resolutions to all queries in a timely and accurate manner Investigate root causes in cooperation with other departments thus enabling effective resolution and eliminating recurring issuesWhat You BringRequired:2-5 year in the relevant field (RTP, accounting or finance)Advanced communication level in English (both written and verbal)Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)Having confident knowledge of end-to-end RTP processesGood time-manager and be able to organize his/her day-to-day tasksGood analytical skillsAttention to detail and accuracy#LI-SZ1Benefits of Joining AlbemarleCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.Choose to unlock your full POTENTIAL.
