Team Lead Concierge (M/W/X) - Permanent contract - Athens

Join Le Collectionist, a luxury holiday rental company, as a Team Lead Concierge in Athens. You will be responsible for managing the Concierge team, ensuring high-level client service, expanding partnerships, and developing the concierge strategy. The ideal candidate has proven team management experience in the hospitality or luxury sector, is bilingual in Greek and English, and has excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Recruit and supervise the Pre-arrival Concierge team, monitor their performance, and provide leadership and training.
• Ensure the support and quality of service delivered at every moment by the teams, and intervene to resolve complex issues.
• Establish and maintain privileged relationships with clients and agents, and expand the catalogue of services and experiences by selecting partners.

🔍 Ideal Candidate:

• You hold a degree in management, hospitality or a related field.

• You are bilingual in Greek and English.

• **You have proven team management experience** in the hospitality or luxury sector.

• You have a good knowledge of the geographic area

• You have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team.

• You have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• You are client-oriented, with a commitment to service excellence.

• You are able to develop strategies and implement coherent action plans.
