On-site Concierge Assistant (H/F/X) - Internship - Start Date May 2027 - Ibiza (Spain)

Join Le Collectionist, the European leader in tailor-made luxury travel. As an On-site Concierge Assistant, you will support our clients on-site with concierge and property-related requests, welcome our international clientele, and assist in strengthening our network of local partners. This internship is for 4 months, starting in May 2027, in Ibiza, Spain.

• Participer à la préparation des séjours des clients, y compris la collecte d'informations et la mise à jour des informations sur les propriétés.
• Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée, effectuer des visites de la villa et être disponible pour répondre aux demandes de conciergerie.
• Assister l'équipe dans le processus de départ des clients, y compris l'inspection de la propriété et la documentation des observations finales.

**Desired Profile**

• Currently pursuing studies in **hospitality, tourism, business school**, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the **luxury and hospitality sector**.
• **Valid driver’s license.**
• Interest in similar roles (villa management, concierge services).
• Knowledge of the destination and its ecosystem, or a strong willingness to learn.
• **Fluency in English**is required, and knowledge of Spanish or/and French is a plus
• **Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.**
• **Autonomous**, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding **written and verbal communication skills** to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Customer-oriented, with a warm personality and the ability to create lasting connections.
• Able to **manage multiple tasks simultaneously** and adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment.
