About The Role

Rejoins Qualineo, une scale-up en pleine croissance spécialisée dans le développement d'une application SaaS dédiée à la gestion des établissements sociaux, médico-sociaux et sanitaires. En tant que Customer Support Specialist, tu seras en première ligne pour assurer la satisfaction client et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Customer Success Managers. Tu auras un impact direct sur l'expérience client et le développement du pôle.

  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et leurs cas d’usage, gérer et répondre aux conversations clients.
  • Identifier les questions récurrentes des clients, créer et mettre à jour les ressources clients.
  • Participer au suivi des KPI’s du support, participer aux projets d’amélioration du support.
