Recruiting Coordinator (EMEA)

Join Notion as a Recruiting Coordinator for the EMEA region. In this role, you will be a key player in creating a positive candidate experience, managing interview schedules, and building strong recruiting foundations. You will gain valuable exposure to the hiring process and have the opportunity for growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, strong organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
• Experience supporting both GTM roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
• Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
