Customer Care - DACH Market (German speaker)

About The Role
Join bsport, a leading platform in the wellness industry, as a Customer Care representative for the DACH market. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve problems and get the most out of our product. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer support experience, are native German speakers, and have excellent communication skills.
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen, Lösung von Standardanfragen und Eskalation komplexer Fälle.
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Chat und E-Mail, einschließlich Buchungen, Abonnements und Rechnungen.
- Feedback zu wiederkehrenden Fragen und fehlenden Inhalten im Hilfecenter geben.
