Customer Care - Benelux Market (Dutch speaker)

Join bsport, a leading platform in the wellness industry, as a Customer Care representative for the Benelux market. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve problems and get the most out of our product. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of customer support experience, be fluent in Dutch and English, and have excellent communication skills.

• Eerste contactpersoon voor klanten zijn en hen helpen bij het oplossen van problemen en het maximaliseren van het gebruik van ons product.
• Behandelen van standaardverzoeken met betrekking tot abonnementen, boekingen, leden en facturen.
• Escaleren van complexe gevallen naar het niveau 2-team en de klant op de hoogte houden van de voortgang.
