Research Lead, Predictive Oncology

Join Orakl Oncology, a fast-growing startup focused on improving oncology drug development through patient-derived tumor models, experimental drug screening, and computational modeling. As the Research Lead for Predictive Oncology, you will own O-Predict's long-term scientific roadmap, lead R&D execution, shape future data generation, advance predictive capabilities, and connect research to product development. This hands-on scientific leadership role requires a strong background in predictive oncology, experience leading and mentoring scientific contributors, and proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Own O-Predict's long-term research roadmap, define and maintain a 2-year scientific agenda, and lead the execution of research programs.
• Lead R&D execution, take research programs from question formulation through method development, validation, and interpretation.
• Shape future data generation by identifying experiments, measurements, and cohorts that would resolve important scientific uncertainties.
