Senior implementation manager

Join Seccl, an Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, as a Senior Launch Manager. In this hybrid role based in Dublin, you will lead the onboarding, implementation, and migration of new customer opportunities. You will work closely with fintechs, advice firms, adviser aggregators, and larger enterprise businesses, helping them navigate our APIs and operational processes. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with plenty of opportunities to shape how we do things.

• Lead deep-dive workshops with prospective and onboarding firms to understand their business, pain points and what they’re trying to build.
• Turn those conversations into clear proposition designs, project summaries and launch plans with agreed milestones, responsibilities and timelines.
• Own onboarding and migration projects from kick-off through to successful launch, balancing multiple customer firms at the same time.
