Head of risk - Ireland

Join Seccl, an Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, as the Head of Risk in Ireland. In this hybrid role based in Dublin, you will establish and lead our risk management approach, ensuring safe and sustainable growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the risk function of a growing regulated business from an early stage and play a key role in our relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland.

• Establishing and leading the risk management approach for Seccl Ireland, ensuring it evolves with the scale and complexity of the business.
• Providing independent second-line oversight, challenge, and advice across strategic decisions, change programs, business activity, and outsourcing arrangements.
• Supporting Seccl Ireland’s authorisation and ongoing relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland, ensuring regulatory expectations are understood and embedded across the business.
