Implementation Consultant

Join Agatha, Inc as an Implementation Consultant, where you will be responsible for delivering our solutions to clients globally. You will engage with customers to understand their business needs, define requirements, configure our applications, and ensure a seamless implementation. Key responsibilities include leading client workshops, building and configuring applications, validating configurations, documenting application settings, guiding clients on User Acceptance Testing, conducting training sessions, and responding to client inquiries. A Master's degree and 2+ years of experience in application consulting or IT project delivery are required.

• Transition new clients from sales to implementation, lead client workshops to define and collect application requirements, and build and configure the applications to meet the agreed requirements.
• Validate the configured applications before delivery, document the application configuration, and guide clients on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation.
• Conduct Administrator and End-user training sessions after implementation, assume responsibility for overall project delivery and customer satisfaction on smaller projects.

• Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences or Quality.

• 2+ years of experience in application consulting, system implementation, or IT project delivery.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with requirement configuration

• Self-starter, ability to learn hands-on with minimal training.

• Ability to manage workflow assigned and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Oral and verbal proficiency in English and French.

• Ability to travel (infrequently) if needed for client engagements.
