Creator Network Lead (Contractor, Product)

Join Picsart, a leading creative platform, as a Creator Network Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our creator channel, managing relationships with agencies and creators, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, and Data teams, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of millions of creators. This is a full-time contractor position for 12 months.

• Establish and manage relationships with agencies and creators, negotiating agreements and ensuring successful campaign execution.
• Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, making data-driven decisions on which partnerships to grow or end.
• Lead a team to expand the creator network, aiming to significantly increase revenue and usage from influencer and affiliate programs.

• Negotiation that closes. Terms, exclusivity, data, exit: signed, not agreed in principle
• Judgment about what's real. Results that came from a few individual creators aren't proof the model works, they're proof those creators work. You can tell which one you're looking at
• Partnerships you've run at scale. Creator, affiliate, UGC or influencer
• A way of working that uses tools instead of headcount. And you work well with Finance, Legal and Data without needing to be them
• A head for numbers. You can work out what a partner costs you per paying user, and whether they earn back what you pay them
• A network you grew from a handful to dozens. You signed the partners that worked and ended the ones that didn't
• Experience across markets is a big plus. You know what wins in one country rarely copies to the next, and you're good at finding the local agency, operator or creator who can open a market you can't open yourself
• Great communication skills in English. Any other languages are a plus
