Shift Leader F/H - Zurich

Join Maison Pierre Hermé, a prestigious patisserie brand, as a Shift Leader in Zurich. You will be responsible for managing the boutique floor, leading your team, maintaining displays, advising customers, managing product ordering, and handling daily cash-up. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail, hospitality, or bakery and confectionery, as well as first leadership experience. • Lead the team throughout the shift, managing the opening and closing of the boutique.
• Fill and maintain displays according to the brand's specifications, prepare products, and ensure the cold chain remains unbroken.
• Advise customers at the counter, manage sales, and answer questions regarding ingredients and allergens.

**What we are looking for :**

• Training in retail, hospitality or bakery and confectionery, or equivalent experience.

• Experience selling high-quality food, ideally patisserie or confiserie.

• First leadership experience, and you're comfortable with the till and the daily cash-up.

• Knowledge of hygiene and the cold chain, an eye for presentation, and care with a delicate product.

• Languages: Fluent German, professional English, French an advantage. Our guests order in German and will ask about ingredients and allergens in German
