Sales Advisor F/H - Zurich

Join Pierre Hermé, a renowned brand known for its exceptional craftsmanship in macaroons, cakes, and viennoiserie. We are opening a boutique in Zurich and are looking for passionate team members who enjoy hosting guests and handling delicate products. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for advising customers, managing sales, maintaining displays, and answering customer inquiries. Ideal candidates should have training in retail, hospitality, or bakery and confectionery, and be fluent in German and English. We offer a 50% staff discount, no split shifts, two meals per shift, support for professional training, and a flat hierarchy with direct contact with management.

• Advising customers and managing sales, including packing products and processing payments.
• Maintaining product displays, monitoring freshness, shelf life, and cleanliness.
• Answering customer inquiries regarding ingredients and allergens, providing knowledgeable assistance.

**What we are looking for :**

• Training in retail, hospitality or bakery and confectionery, or equivalent experience.

• You enjoy selling and working with guests.

• Attention to detail and an eye for presentation.

• Languages: Professional German and good English. Most of our guests order in German and will ask about ingredients and allergens in German, so you should be comfortable answering them.
