Manager of Accounts Receivable

• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six accounts receivable professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Identify, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, collections, or accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Proven experience leading teams and driving process improvements within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, accounting treatments, internal controls, and policy development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
• Experience within a SaaS or recurring revenue business model
• Experience using NetSuite, Salesforce, and other order-to-cash or financial systems
• Experience leading automation, system implementation, or process transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and order-to-cash processes in a subscription-based environment
