HR Generalist - V.I.E - Spain (H/F/X)

Join Hager Group as an HR Generalist in Spain through the Volontariat International en Entreprise (V.I.E) program. In this role, you will support talent acquisition activities, maintain HR reporting trackers, prepare meeting materials, contribute to local HR projects, and support employee experience initiatives. You should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, be fluent in English and Spanish, and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.

• Support talent acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination and external partner follow-up.
• Maintain HR reporting trackers, ensuring data quality and regular updates for HRBP and leadership reviews.
• Contribute to the local rollout of Group-driven HR and organizational design projects by coordinating stakeholders and drafting implementation plans.

Profile description:

**What about you?**

• You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• You are interested in HR operations, recruitment, transformation projects, people data and employee experience topics.
• You are structured, reliable and comfortable managing trackers, reporting files and follow-up actions.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and can adapt your communication in a multicultural environment.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish; French or another European language would be a plus.

What are the recruitment stages?

• Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
• You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager and the recruiter.
• You’ll get the chance to showcase your skills by preparing and presenting a use case to the hiring manager and the local HRBP.
• The last step will be organized with the Head of Department and the Early Careers team.

• You must be a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Economic Area.
• You must not be a citizen of the host country, in this case Spain, unless you hold dual citizenship with another Member State of the European Economic Area.
• You must not have recently lived in the country you are applying to or already paid taxes in this country.
• You must be between 18 and 28 years of age.
• You must not have done a V.I.E. in the past.
• You must have a clean record.
