Senior Legal Councel (H/F)

Join EQS Group as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will advise and support management on all legal-related issues, provide extensive legal counsel, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and participate in the development of standard contracts and general terms and conditions. You will also support sales in structuring transactions and accelerating the sales contracting process. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in law, proven experience in a technology company, and proficiency in English and French.

• Advising and supporting management on legal-related issues, providing legal counsel, and negotiating software license and service agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and participating in the development of standard contracts and general terms and conditions.
• Supporting sales in structuring transactions and accelerating the sales contracting process.

**THIS IS YOU**

• University degree in law.

• Proven experience practicing independently or in the legal department of a technology company, ideally with a focus on **software license** and **service agreements** and an **international environment.**

• Proficient communication skills in **English** and **French** (C1). Another European language is a plus.

• Understanding of **economic contexts.**

• Enjoys a highly collaborative environment and **interdisciplinary work.**

• High service orientation as well as an **independent** and **result-oriented** way of working.

• **Negotiating skills** and the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.

• Ability to **efficiently handle changing tasks** under time pressure and to set the required priorities.
