Social Media Community Manager Internship

Join our team as a Social Media Community Manager Intern! In this hands-on role, you'll manage and engage with our gaming community across various social media channels. You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, publish content, monitor activity, and suggest improvements to keep players engaged. • Assister à la gestion, à l'engagement et à la modération des canaux communautaires et des réseaux sociaux des jeux.
• Prendre en charge les opérations quotidiennes, publier du contenu, surveiller l'activité, gérer les escalades et faire des rapports réguliers sur l'activité du serveur.
• Posséder le calendrier de contenu des réseaux sociaux : planifier et publier des publications sur les différents canaux.

• The ideal candidate loves games and is a heavy Discord and social media user: creative, plugged in, and ready to get things done 💪
• Proficiency in Discord as a user. This is the core of the role. If you're already active in gaming servers, that's a strong signal
• Strong communication skills and a good eye for content. You'll be engaging with players and representing our games online
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
• A genuine interest in social media: you follow what's trending, you notice what works, and you have opinions about it
• Experience as a moderator in gaming or online communities is a plus
• High level of English, both written and spoken — it's our working language
• We'd expect candidates to be currently enrolled in a university degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field. A university internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) is required
