Senior Benefits Analyst (Europe + APAC)

As a Senior Benefits Analyst for Europe and APAC, you will be responsible for administering health, pension, risk, wellness, family, and supplemental benefits, managing leave administration, and improving benefits and leave processes. You should have 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, leave administration, or total rewards operations, with meaningful exposure to Europe and/or APAC programs.

• Administer health, pension, risk, wellness, family, and supplemental benefits across Europe and APAC, partnering with brokers, vendors, and internal teams to keep programs accurate, compliant, and running on time.
• Manage benefits enrollments, life event changes, terminations, and employee documentation across multiple countries and entities.
• Support renewals, vendor implementations, plan changes, and employee communications for international benefits programs.
