Training Intern - Perfume & Beauty

Join Hermès as a Training Intern in the Perfume & Beauty division. In this role, you will support training logistics and administration, manage stock levels of training materials, maintain inventory of training facilities and equipment, and maintain an updated curriculum database. The ideal candidate will be a degree holder fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with a passion for fragrances and cosmetics, proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time internship for 6 to 9 months.

• Support training logistics and administration to facilitate training & retail operations.
• Manage stock levels of training materials and operational grooming materials.
• Maintain updated curriculum database, training materials, schedules and records; generate reports for training analysis.
