Regional After Sales Service Manager

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as the Regional After Sales Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing aftersales operations across the Asia-Pacific region, managing the Hong Kong workshop, and providing technical training and support. You will also lead the watchmaking teams in Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring high-quality service and craftsmanship.

• Oversee aftersales operations across multiple Asia-Pacific markets, ensuring compliance with Hermès high quality and service standards.
• Manage the Hong Kong workshop with full autonomy, ensuring all watchmaking tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly organized, secured, maintained, and inventoried.
• Provide direct managerial leadership to the watchmaking team in Hong Kong and oversight of aftersales operations in Hong Kong and Macau.
