Client Contact Consultant, Fixed Term, E-Commerce

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as a Client Contact Consultant in a temporary 6-month position. You will be responsible for managing client communications across all channels, supporting the end-to-end online and phone order workflow, and completing relevant back-office tasks. This is a fully on-site position based in our E-Commerce Office.

• Deliver exceptional service across all communication channels (phone, email, and client contact platforms) and respond to 100% of client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Review, validate, and process online and telephone orders with a high level of accuracy, managing orders end-to-end from validation to invoicing.
• Contribute to regular reporting, including sales activity, client enquiries and complaints by category, and returns and exchanges analysis, while identifying recurring client issues or process gaps.
