Operations Manager (Retail Media) – Spain

Join Médiaperformances, a leading player in the Retail Media industry. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee in-store deployments, ensure high service quality, and build robust processes to support rapid and sustainable growth. This is a key role within the Spanish business, with a direct impact on execution, quality, and the experience of our retail partners and clients.

• Supervisar la implementación de equipos en tiendas y cadenas minoristas, coordinando proveedores locales y estableciendo gobernanza.
• Monitorear los indicadores clave de rendimiento operativo y promover la mejora continua en los minoristas y a nivel nacional.
• Actuar como el punto de contacto operativo entre minoristas, socios y Médiaperformances, identificando problemas operativos recurrentes.

**The profile we are looking for**

• At least **5 years of experience in operations**, ideally in environments involving physical deployments and partner/vendor coordination

• A **hands-on, technically minded operational profile**

• Excellent command of **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word are essential)**

• **B2/C1 level English minimum** (French is a plus)

• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, rigour, responsiveness and excellent communication skills
