Senior Analytics Engineer

Join Ebury, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Senior Analytics Engineer. In this role, you will bridge data and product engineering to build high-impact data products. You will own data product strategy and delivery, balance architecture and execution, model with engineering excellence, and champion best practices. The position is based in Madrid or Málaga, Spain, with a hybrid work model.

• Own Data Product Strategy & Delivery: Partner with Treasury stakeholders to define requirements, design technical roadmaps, and lead data products from discovery through testing and final delivery.
• Balance Architecture & Execution: Seamlessly shift between high-level domain strategy and hands-on technical execution—equally comfortable architecting multi-domain models as you are shipping critical code in your IDE.
• Model with Engineering Excellence: Deliver reliable, scalable data models using modern practices including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
