Director, Enterprise IT

Join Airalo, the world's first eSIM store, as the Director of Enterprise IT. In this remote role, you'll lead the IT Operations team, own the ERP platform, and build the Enterprise Applications team. You'll have real ownership in shaping how systems are configured, governed, and supported, and in building the team and operating model that carries us through the next stage of growth.

• Lead the IT Operations team and its lead, set priorities and service levels, and ensure a clear split between run and build work.
• Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build the Enterprise Applications team, define roles, and hire and develop the first leads, while defining the roadmap for bringing additional corporate technology under Enterprise IT.
