Head of Operations and Payments

In this role, you will lead the Operations and Payments function, ensuring the reliable and timely execution of operational activities across the bank's products. You will oversee retail and corporate deposit operations, manage payment operations, and support regulatory reporting. • Lead the Operations and Payments function, ensuring the reliable, controlled and timely execution of operational activities across the bank’s products.
• Oversee retail and corporate deposit operations, including KYC onboarding, account administration, payments, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage payment operations, including the monitoring and execution of incoming and outgoing SEPA payments, payment systems and related infrastructure.

• Experience applying automation and AI-enabled operating models to operational processes.
• 6 plus years in banking operations with deep payments expertise across SEPA and Swift;
• proven leadership managing cross-border teams;
• strong knowledge of AML and regulatory requirements;
• experience scaling processes in a high-growth banking environment;
• excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
