Senior Mobile Engineer - Platform

Join Voy, a fast-growing Healthtech scale-up, as a Senior Mobile Engineer. In this role, you will take ownership of mobile experiences used by thousands of patients, working end to end from understanding user problems through delivery, iteration, and measurement. You will help build and maintain reusable components, architecture, and tooling that other engineers can rely on, enabling high-quality mobile features at scale.

• Identifying engineering pain points across the mobile codebase and contributing well-scoped, high-impact solutions to the platform roadmap.
• Defining and upholding React Native engineering standards covering code quality, TypeScript conventions, component architecture, and testing strategy.
• Building and maintaining the shared primitives other mobile engineers depend on: navigation, state management, networking, UI foundations, and error handling patterns.
