Solutions Engineer (EMEA)

Join Lucid, a fast-growing software company, as a Solutions Engineer in EMEA. In this role, you will work directly with the sales team to accelerate the growth of our product suite, including Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and airfocus. You will be the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, delivering custom technical demos, solving inefficiencies in SE team operations, and engaging with Product and Engineering teams. This position is hybrid, requiring in-person collaboration at our Amsterdam office two days per week.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role)
• This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our Amsterdam, NL office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including presentation acumen
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Design savvy and familiar with current UX design trends
• Familiarity with Cloud Networking Architecture or Information Security is a plus
• Experience with coding, Excel formulas, or other technical software tools
• Experience working in a customer facing role, in sales, or at a SaaS company
• An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or other STEM focus with strong academic performance
